Arteries - Blood vessels that carrie the blood to the heart and around the body.
Blood Pressure - The pressure of the blood flowing through your arteries
Cardiovascular Disease- A disease of the heart or blood vessels.
Chronic Kidney Disease - A long term disease of the kidneys.
Coronary Heart Disease - When the coronary artery becomes blocked
Diabetes - A disease that gives a person abnormally high glucose levels in the blood; metabolism problems, persistant thirst and excessive urination.
Impaired Glaucoma Tolerance - Blood glucose levels that are higher than usual but not high enought to be diagnosed as Diabetes.
Lipids - In this case, fats in the bloodstream. The catergories of lipids in Cholesterol consist of HDL, LDL and Triglycerides.
Lipoproteins - A group of proteins circulated the blood, with a lipid being at least one of the components. Lipoproteins are main way which lipids are transported in the blood.
